Processing and Shipping
At My Rustic Signs, we are committed to providing high quality sustainable handmade wood products. We guarantee that shipping costs for every purchase are accurate and never overcharged. It is our philosophy that in the world of online retail sales, shipping rates should never be seen as a way to make extra profit.
Processing time:
All orders are built as they are ordered. And since we do offer a variety of different options the processing time may vary based on the quantity, size and finish. We provide valid tracking numbers for all orders. The tracking information will be sent to you once the order has been fully processed and ready to ship.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 5-10 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. If you need an item by a certain date please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalized orders
Wholesale or Discounted orders.
Cancellations:
Since we do build all orders as they are received we require that all cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
Conditions of Return:
